As part of Remedial Massage, this is a specialized therapeutic technique designed to address chronic muscle tension, adhesion (knots), and restricted movement patterns. It involves the application of sustained, deep pressure and targeted slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles, fascia, and connective tissues.

At the end of each session, you will receive personalised home stretches to help maintain the effectiveness of your treatment. These stretches support ongoing mobility, increase range of motion in limited areas, and assist with long-term management of your condition. They are simple, practical, and easy to fit into your daily routine, whether at home or in the workplace.
